Studio Gledhill

Put Down Your Screens. Pick Up A Brush

Artist-led oil painting experiences that bring your people together. In person, by hand, for real.

Oxford · London · Cotswolds

There is a particular atmosphere that happens when people make things together. We’ve spent years learning how to create it.

What Happens in the Room

An Actual Break

Two hours of making something with your hands, away from screens, notifications and the mental noise of the working day.

No Experience Needed

Our sessions are lead by working artists who start with a live painting demonstration to demystify the process. People who've never painted before pick up a brush and surprise themselves.

Something Shifts

Painting side-by-side, conversations start that wouldn't happen anywhere else. There's laughter. There's focus. People connect naturally.

What People Say

About Studio Gledhill

Studio Gledhill was founded in 2026 by artist Stacey Gledhill with a simple mission: to share the transformative benefits of creative activity with as many people as possible.

Stacey noticed how our increasingly online lives were leaving adults with no time to play — no real break from the pressures of modern work and life. She wanted to change that.

The spark was personal, too. Stacey witnessed first-hand the remarkable transformation that regular group creative activity brought to her father-in-law, who has lived with severe, recurring depression throughout his life. Seeing creativity open a door where so much else had struggled made the mission unmistakable.

Studio Gledhill exists to make oil painting accessible and to remove every barrier for the curious — no experience required, no talent test, just a genuine invitation to pick up a brush and discover what happens next.
